She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Simpson; her parents, Albert Davel and Florence Davel; and her siblings, Evelyn Nolan (Fred), Lawrence "Boots" Davel (Neddie), Marie Canney (Scott), Gert Phair (Al), Eddie Davel (Edna), Martina Davel, Katherine Babb, Maddy Krawczyk (Lucien), Paul Davel (Pat) and Dorothy Schmook (Al).
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Simpson; and her grandchildren, Ezra Koetz (Molly) and Elizabeth Koetz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
