He is survived by: his children, Tom (Heidi), Julia Eikenberry, Laura Eikenberry (Gary Hatch), Kate Kay (Matt) and Tim (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Owen, Jack, Autumn and Calum; and his brother Richard (Jean). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
