He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Picard and Patricia Picard. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his sons, Zachery (Brittany) and Jerome; his granddaughter Adella; and his siblings, Rick (Jean) and Linda (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
