He was predeceased by: his father Don Phillips; and his sister Sue Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Delores Phillips; and his siblings, Dave Phillips (Linda), Cheryl Lichtenegger (Gary), Scott Phillips (Peg), Lori Halverson (Kevin) and Renee Stormoen (Tim). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many friends.
