He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Norman and Inga Norman; his sister Laurel Whitehead; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Whitehead, Lewis Hall and Jerry Syverson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Karl (Mish) of Atlanta, Georgia and Heidi Wise (John) of Chetek, Wisconsin; his grandson Peter Wise of Chetek, Wisconsin; and his siblings-in-law, Van Syverson (Beverly) of Banning, California, Madelon Hall of Cincinnati and Barbara Syverson of Land O'Lakes, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Bethlehem Covenant Church or to donor's choice.
