He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Lee and David Roger. He is survived by: his children, David Madsen and Jennifer Tinsley (Karl); his grandsons, Bryce and Brevon Madsen; his stepgrandchildren, Hans and Monique Tinsley; and his sister Diane Madsen (Cleat).
