It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James M. Larson Jr. (Minneapolis, Minnesota), born in Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Myron Larson Sr. and Judith A. Jacobsen; his son William James (Angela); his sister-in-law Laurie; and his parents-in-law, William and Marjorie Conley.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Marjorie (Jimmy III); his wife Shirley Sue Conley; his grandchildren, Soren, Boden Swanson, Theodore, Charles Larson and Elsie; and his siblings, Jodi Coit (Owen), Jill and Jeffrey. He is also survived by aunts and many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Lutheran Church (7401 County Rd 101, Maple Grove, MN 55311).
