It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Shoals Lincoln (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Lincoln and Florence Lincoln (Hamblin); his sisters, Margaret and Eleanor; his children, Elizabeth Lincoln (John Lauber), Kate Reinikka (Erick), Mary Lincoln (Mark Schneider), Thomas Lincoln (Linda), Bob Lincoln, John Lincoln (Shelley Greenwood) and Paul Lincoln (Kristin Klein); and his grandchildren, Sarah Lauber (Joseph Skiba), Hannah Lauber, Lily Reinikka, Ping Reinikka, Emma Schneider, Noah Schneider, Louisa Lincoln, Charlie Lincoln, James Lincoln and Sam Lincoln. He was also cherished by friends—childhood friends, U of M friends, rowing friends, biking friends.
