He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Kuehl (Dave) and Amie Burnett (Laura); and his grandchildren, Winnefred (Alex Mandel), Maxwell and Molly Kuehl. He is also survived by many other relatives, chosen family, and friends.
