He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Guyre and Ann Guyre; his sister Maryann Knortz; his brothers-in-law, Eugenio Bartoli and Paul Knortz; and his parents-in-law, George and Doris Milbourne.
He is survived by: his close friend Doris Milbourne; his wife Doris; his children, Mary Absey (David), Kristine Vandekieft (David) and Brian Guyre (Amy); his grandchildren, Megan Guyre (Walker), Emma Vandekieft, Gabriella Absey, Tyler, Mason and Chase Guyre; his stepgrandson Alexander Beltran; his siblings, William Guyre (Gail) and Janet Bartoli; and his friends, John and Marjorie Siehien.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be directed to Mayo Clinic.
