He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his son-in-law Rick Forsgren; and his great grandchild Kody Thorn. He is survived by: his sister Gloria; his daughters, Jackie and Joyce; and his stepchildren, Wayne (Donna), Keith (Diane), Jeanette, Shawn (Linda), Maureen (Bill), Julie and Mark. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
