She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. Bohdan Hordinsky; and her sons, Dr. Jerry Hordinsky and Walter Hordinsky. She is survived by: her daughter Maria (Bob Kramarczuk); her husband Robert Kramarczuk (Bohdan); her granddaughter Dr. Irene Mannering (Nick); her children, Laryssa and Isaac of Reno, Nevada; her granddaughter Dr. Catherine Voulgarides (Anthony); her daughter Cielle of New York City; her grandchildren, Alexander Kramarczuk (JD) and Kristina Kramarczuk; her daughter-in-law Martha Hordinsky of Oklahoma City; her granddaughters, Tamara, Natalie and Andrea; her sister-in-law Stefania Tysowsky; her daughters, Ulana Stepchuk and Bianca Seabold (Jim); her grandchildren, Drew, Cayden of St. Paul and Stefan Kramarczuk (Dana); her children, Aria, Lucas of Bloomington and Adrian Kramarczuk; her grandchildren, Chloe, Adrian Jr. and Adriana of Aitken; and her nieces and nephews, Olenka Yurchuk, Ksenia Hapij of New Jersey, George Tysowsky, Anna Ortynskyj Rybak of New York, Lada Caillat of Paris, France and Laryssa Toliver of Massachusetts.
