She was predeceased by: her daughter Martha Nesheim (Paul) of Sioux Falls; her parents, Olaf Knutson and Alma Knutson; and her husband Luther Forde. She is survived by: her sons, John (Catherine) of St. Paul and Jim (Sandra) of Maple Grove; her grandchildren, Kara Forde, Luther, Linnea Nesheim and Steven Willson (Stacy); and her great grandchildren, Cora, Nolan and Freya Willson.
