He was predeceased by: his brother Samuel; and his grandparents, James, Arlene Welch, George and Eula Nevala.
He is survived by: his parents, David Welch and Janine Welch (Nevala); his brother Andrew Welch (Elizabeth) of Woodbury; and his nephews, Samuel and Benjamin Welch.
