Helen Rose Bloomquist Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Rose Bloomquist (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Bloomquist; her parents, Joseph Ches and Mary Ches; and her siblings, Walter Ches and Lillian Benson.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Bloomquist (Angela Bruzzaniti), Daren Bloomquist (Priscilla) and Marybeth Laleman (Aster); her grandchildren, Elizabeth McGloin (Oisin), Haley Johnson (CJ), Katelyn Stern (Hunter), Madelyn Bloomquist and Robert Bloomquist; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Warren Johnson and Cormac Alfons McGloin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Minneapolis (1918 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Hedwig (129 29th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the DAV (Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust).
