With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hadassah Wagman Heins (Minneapolis, Minnesota), born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 5, 2020 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Professor Maurice H. Heins. She is survived by: her children, Sulamith H. Potter of Olympia, WA and Samuel D. Heins of Minneapolis; her daughter-in-law Stacey Mills of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Potter Scully of Los Angeles, Madeleine S. H. Israelson of St. Michael, Noah Potter of Chicago and Nora Heins Murray of Portland; and her friend Maria Megas. She is also survived by spouses, nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Hadassah would best be remembered with a donation to whenweallvote.org, whose mission is to increase voter participation in all elections.
