He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Meyer and Sarah Hinz (Neil); his wife Lynn; his granddaughter Danika; and his siblings, Kathleen O'Leary (Tim), Robert Meyer (Laura) and Patricia Johnson (Duane). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
