He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Justin Jawish (Amanda) and Lindsey Hartman (Jacob); his grandchildren, Leighton, Kinsley, Amelia, Colston and Lily; his parents, Raye Jeanne and Richard Jawish; and his siblings, Alissa Prichard (Will) and Larry Russell. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
