He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Knowles and Lillian Knowles (Greenberg). He is survived by: his wife Lyn Snell; his children, Kimberly DeRoche (Steve) and Stephanie Podbelski (Adam); his siblings, Norman Knowles, Janet Purdie and Gail Kieper; and his child Patricia Knowles. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
