He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garvis and Mildred Garvis; and his brother Arlan J. Garvis. He is survived by: his wife Sue-Ann Garvis; and his children, William Garvis (Rhonda), Diana Garvis Purcel (Mark) and Andrew Garvis (Tiffany Sanders). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
