He was predeceased by: his father Emil; and his siblings, Patrick, Mary, Colleen and Howard.

He is survived by: his son Andrew (Ariel); his granddaughter Aurora; his mother LaVerne; and his siblings, Donn, Curtis (Anna), Janette (Arthur), Elizabeth (Howard), Joanne (Mike), David (Becky) and Mark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
