She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Jachymowski; her parents, Louis Knapik and Rose Knapik; her siblings, Lenore (Bill Walendziewicz), Wendy (Carl Carlson), Charlotte Knapik and Richard (Sandra Brown Knapik); and her son-in-law Thomas H. Perry.

She is survived by: her children, James (Diane), Gaye Perry, Steven (Debi Starr), John (Sandy) and Paul (Stacie Hart); her grandchildren, Tim (Dawn), Jill Hendrickson (Erik), Amanda Koester (Joe), Jenny Perry-Carr (Will), Andy, Adam (Brenna), Angela Kelly (Tony) and Holly; her great grandchildren, Joey (Jacqueline), Kevin, Kelly Quach (Aaron), Dorothy, Brayden, Grace, Skylar, Nicholas and Alex; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley and Brynn. She is also survived by her husband and children.

She was surrounded by loving Family and Staff who showed such compassion in helping Florence through her fight against COVID19 and the last days of her life.
