She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman Goplen; her sister Cheryl Bode; her son-in-law Rick Puterbaugh; and her siblings-in-law, Phillip Goplen (Elsie), Ruby Johnson (Les), Edith Goplen, Edith Hollibaugh (Bud), Maynard Goplen (Louise) and Mike O'Day.
She is survived by: her children, Rosanne Eastling (Michael), Sandy Puterbaugh, Kevin Goplen (Barb), Lisa Springborn (David), Scott Goplen (Cathy) and Rick Goplen (Jen); her grandchildren, Matthew Eastling (Marissa), Paul Eastling (Amy), John Eastling, Sean Graham, Nicole Minea (Eric, Sr.), Jennifer Dykes, Bryan Puterbaugh (Andrea), Meghan Soler (Ted), Mitchell Springborn, Jackson Goplen, Emily Goplen, Grant Goplen (Grace Minder), Seth Goplen, Kari Goplen and Brett Goplen; her great grandchildren, Halle, Sidney, Penny, Ezra, Isaak, Marthe Eastling, Corey Puterbaugh (Haley), Eric, Jr., Mia of Aubrey Minea, CJ, Chaisjon Combs, Mara, Gavin Michalek and Kylee Puterbaugh; her great great grandchildren, Quincey Puterbaugh, Sieglinde and Damien Minea; her sister Hazel O'Day; and her brothers-in-law, Frank and Arlie Goplen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
