He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Serrato and Herlinda Tellez; and his siblings, Odilon and Larzara. He is survived by: his sons, Efrain Serrato of Minneapolis and Ulysses Serrato of Minneapolis; his grandsons, Efrain E. Serrato and Anthony G. Serrato; and his siblings, Joel Serrato, Paola Serrato, Micaela Serrato, Rosa Serrato, Silvia Serrato and Rafael Serrato. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
