He is survived by: his children, Edward "Ted" Nicholson, Andrew "Andy" Nicholson, Tanya Adair (Andrew) and Erik Holtzclaw (Anne); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Katie, Addy, Ava, Trent, Thomas, Mae and Michael. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
