He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Michael, Steve, Linda Ellingworth (Jeff) and Kerry; his grandsons, Mitchell and Eric; and his siblings, Josephine Hines, Pat Sivanich and Jeffrey Koss. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
