He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene; his parents, Anna and Berner; his siblings, Melvin, Reynold, Violet and Arlene; and his nephew Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Koufis (John) and Jeff (Heather); his grandchildren, Elena, TJ, Elly, Katie Jo and Will; and his sister-in-law Hazel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
