She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Forde (James Endahl), Stacey Nelson (Shawn) and Greg; her grandchildren, Ainsley and Maddox; and her sisters, Nancy Lindgren and Jeanne Lindgren. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
