She is survived by: her son Forrest Lehman (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jacob, Riley and Quentin; her nephew Tom Little (Nancy); and her former husbands, Howard Himle and Don Lehman.

In 2002, Diane donated one of her kidneys to her sister, Dolores.
