He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homolka and Dolores Homolka; and his brother Darrell Homolka. He is survived by: his wife Juel Homolka; his sons, Dale Homolka (Karen) of Jacksonville and Greg Homolka (Stacy) of Gilbert, Arizona.; and his granddaughters, Nora and Sophie Homolka.
