He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Vasquez. He is survived by: his daughter Maryann Shaff (Jeremy Springer); the mother of his child Mary Kruchten; his children, Amy Shaff (Ben Palma) and Jeremy Shaff; the mother of his children Melody Broad; his grandchildren, Isabella, Zach, Hailee and Dakota; and his siblings, Joyce Yurecko (Jay), Micheal Martin (Marie), Wayne Martin, Rosie Gilbert (Butch), Vicki Ladda, Jim Martin, Basil Martin (Pearline) and Nellie Shaff.
