He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jean Mulherin and Paul Thompson; his wife Jacqui Hunter; his sons, Hunter Thompson and Alexander Thompson; his siblings, Rachel Thompson, Jahan Thompson (Peg), Andrew Thompson (Lynn), Peter Bacigalupo (Stacey) and John Paul Thompson; and his in-laws, James Hunter (Sherry), Tom Hunter, Nicole Hylen (Eric), Christine Hunter and Jon Hunter (Holly). He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews, two grand nephews and four grand nieces.
