He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kurtz and Leocadia Kurtz; and his siblings, Beatrice Hartman and Roger Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Diane (DeeDee); and his sisters, Marilyn Sherrill, Elaine Palbicki and Linda Fodstad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
