He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil and Lucille; his sister Eileen Paquin; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Genevieve Mirocha; and his close friends, Jerry Louiselle and Jim Lupient.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dan Jr. (Cindee), Cheri (Mark Peterson), Jay (Tawney Mary) and Tim (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kelly, Matthew, Christopher, Stephanie, Thomas and Andrew; and his great grandchild Lincoln.

Visitation 11:00-1:00 pm masks are required and social distancing enforced.
