He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Arleta. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Jennifer Forde, Stacey Nelson (Shawn) and Greg; his grandchildren, Ainsley and Maddox; and his siblings, Rita Stager, Debbie Krych and Randy Szach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
