He was predeceased by: his father John Pitkin; his nephew John; and his pet Kallie. He is survived by: his mother Lois Pitkin (Levison); his wife Julie; his siblings, Darla Weber, Kevin Pitkin (Kris) and Darold Pitkin; and his nephews, Jeff, Carl and Matthew. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
