He is survived by: his daughter Halle Rubin; his mother Joyce Rubin; his brothers, Matt Rubin (Rachel) and Tony Rubin (Alli); his niece Hannah Rubin; his nephews, Aaron, Zachary, Jonah and Noah Rubin; his uncle Butch Bialick (Linda); and his aunt Lois Forster. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
