Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Catherine Keane of Minneapolis, Minnesota, born in Stillwater, Minnesota, who passed away, on February 13, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Catherine McGee of Stillwater, MN and Alfred E. Johnson of Hayward; her husband James M. Keane; her siblings, Dr. Edward A. Johnson and Mary Agnes Oswald (Bill); and her friends, Anne and Bill Munro.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Bedor (David) of St. Paul, Moira (Thomas Romens) of St. Paul, Catherine of St. Paul and Michael (Maria) of New York City; her grandchildren, Catherine Dougherty (William) of Madison, WI, Anne Romens (Christopher Hill) of Minneapolis, Jeremy and Gabriel Keane of New York; her great grandchildren, Emma, Liam Dougherty, James and Bernadette Hill; and her sister-in-law Shirley Johnson. She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass at Incarnation Church, 3801 Pleasant Ave. So., Minneapolis, is deferred until summer, given the pandemic; a private interment will take place at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
