She was predeceased by: her parents, William Niederkorn and Irene Niederkorn (Hulet); her husband James W. Hopf; her siblings, Bob Niederkorn, Betty Hoover, Lois Walley, Nancy Knox and Marilyn Chandler; her grandson Aaron Barnard; and her son-in-law Al Mehlhorn.
She is survived by: her sister Jan Niederkorn; her children, Rebecca Hopf (Terry Forbord), Robert Hopf, Susan Harper (Robert), Cynthia Mehlhorn and Pamela Hopf; her grandchildren, Nathan Barnard (Imelda), Derek Harper (Emily), Brianna Bing (Ian), Matt Mehlhorn (Olivia) and Katie Mehlhorn; and her great grandchildren, Suzette, Barrett Bing, Vera, Hattie, Elsie Harper, Minka and Ryah Mehlhorn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
