He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sara Lee and Elie Schneider; his wife Barbara; his children, Laura Shiff (Sean) and Andrew Schneider (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Abby, Sara, Amy Shiff and Benjamin Schneider.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the United Hebrew Brotherhood Chapel (2605 W 70th 1/2 St, Richfield, MN 55423). A shiva was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Adath Jeshurun Congregation (10500 Hillside Ln W, Minnetonka, MN 55305).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the University of Minnesota College of Education and Human Development Fund for Excellence in Education.
