He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Darlene; and his sister Debbie West. He is survived by: his brother Robert Birmingham (Nina); and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Bobby (Marla), Billy, Mark, Jennifer (Jered), Donnie Jr. (Krystal), Darlynn (Darrin) and Deshia (Nate). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
