He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; his daughter Diane; his parents, Harvey and Olivia; his grandmother Elizabeth Whelan; his daughter Sandra; and his grandson Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Jr., Keith (Lauren) and Lori. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Cathedral of the Pines Camp of Children, C/O Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Minneapolis, MN.
