He was predeceased by: his parents, William English and Hedvig English (Johnson); his wives, Kathryn English and Eunice English; his sister Betty English; and his niece Nancy English.

He is survived by: his son Blake English, Jr. (Cheryl); his son-in-law Tom Crook; his stepchildren, Reginald "Bud" Davis, Jr. (Ruth), Barbara Geertsema (James) and Nancy Wallick (Mark Mickelburg); his grandchildren, Corey English (Charmaine), Kiley English, Hilary Crook (Jacob Seljan) and Emily Crook (DJ Hamm); his stepgrandchildren, Jack Wallick, Katherine Wallick and Joel Davis (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Boden Cossette, Oliver Cossette, Jackson English, JoHanna English, Britton Seljan and Marit Hamm.
