With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bessie L. Green of Minneapolis, Minnesota, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Livingston Grissam and Jennie Grissam (Key); her husband Robert Furman (Bob); her son Kenneth Charles Green; and her siblings, Albert, Oscar, Margaret Johnson, Roland and Wilbur.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Mae Panser, Leslie Robert Green (Sally), Lois Louise Porter (Ronald) and Lauren Susan Green Nikolis (Theodore); her grandchildren, Mary Green, Robert Green (Lauren), Pablo Posligua (Maria Isabel), Andrew Blaszyk (Megan), Ashley Pettit (Michael), Lisa Wilson (Charles), Britney Green, Ashley Green, Nicole Porter, Andrew Porter (Anne), Allen Porter (Aubray) and Veronica Porter; and her daughter Anne Graham. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
