He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Phillip Smith, Nicole (Jordan Sendar) and Valerie Tate (Eric Smith); his grandchildren, Jonah Tate, Cameron and Gavin Sendar; and also Clark Tate. He is also survived by family, devoted to his children and grandchildren.
