Barbara Mae Land Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Mae Land of Minneapolis, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Jorstad and Ruby Jorstad; her sister Irene Lundquist; her brother-in-law Eugene Lundquist; and her mother-in-law Betty Land.
She is survived by: her former husband William T. Edwards II; her husband Jeffrey Land; her children, Pamela Johnson (Jeffrey), Mary Hardman (David), William Edwards III (Holly), Patrick Edwards (Heidi) and Susan Flugaur (Kenneth); her nephews, Stephen Stenstrom and Robert Spanswick; and her niece Janice Coffman. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
COVID shutdowns forced her retirement from North, but the friendships endured.
Memorials may be donated in her memory to the U of M Arboretum, the Guthrie Theater, North Memorial Health Hospital, Minnesota Public Radio or the American Cancer Society.
