It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Ginner (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Butler and Shirley Butler. She is survived by: her husband Mark Ricker; her daughters, Jennifer Oetgen and Heather Albert (Matt); and her siblings, Kay Anderson and Rick Butler (Jan). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
