It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Alene Godes (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Green and Lew Green; her sister Merle Green; and her cousins, Bonnie Kieffer and Tomye Nash.

She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Scott, Lorin Godes, Stacy, Michael Dockman, Darren and Jill Godes; and her grandchildren, Adam, Talia, Ella, Lexi, Noah, Tyler, Brooklyn, Elle, Carter and Cole.

“While I was unable to attend Barbara's funeral in person, I did attend via Zoom. Steve and I only reconnected in the past year or so as a result of our both attending Central High School. The loving tributes from Barbara's son, grandson, and cousin attest to the wonderful person she must have been. Unfortunately, I didn't have the privilege of knowing her but I wish to express my sympathy to her relatives and friends, particularly, of course, to Steve for your profound loss. Shel Azine”
