He is survived by: his great-grandparent Gladys Myers of Ridgeway, IA; his grandparents, Dr. Craig, Sharon Chambers of Rochester, MN, Tim and Shelley Baltz of Aurora, IL; and his aunts and uncles, Mikkel, Sarah Chambers, Rachel Chambers, Eric Sayler of Minneapolis, MN and Moriah Baltz of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes are preferred directly to Ari's family, Hyper IgM Foundation or M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital.
