With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amy Moon (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Amy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Amy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Schneider. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her children, Nathan, Kathryn and Nora; her father Kenneth Schneider; her sister Darby Arakelian (Bradley Sullivan); and her cousin Timothy Tjaden. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church (17205 County Rd 6, Plymouth, MN 55447). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
